[Nominations] Shinto Festival July 2017

Rules
1. Japanese citizens can nominate one character of any gender; the character must be from a Japanese anime, video game or manga. Please, no hentai characters, they are not allowed. The MoCH reserves the right to deny any character they deem inappropriate.
2. All nominations must at least include a name, image, and the name of the media the character is from. Please do not post images containing nudity.
3. All nominations must be posted in the nomination thread in the national forums.

4. Once a character wins and gains a position, they cannot be nominated again.
5. Shinto Festival nominations begin today and will end at 00:00 vTime of vDay 59.
6. Shinto Festival voting will begin immediately after the nomination period is over and will end at 00:00 vTime of vDay 61.
7. Campaigns for specific nominations are allowed, but the MoCH will take no part in the campaigns. However, the MoCH will post content from each nomination in a uniform format in a future voting announcement article.
8. The person who nominated the winning character will receive 5 Gold.
9. The Minister of Culture and History reserves the right to change these rules at any time. The MoCH also reserves the right to disqualify nominations if rules are broken or if any questionable matters arise.

It is after the time for nominations, but being no one can think of something to fit, I think the nomination time period should be extended.
As for nominations, I can't really find anything that fits SUPER well, but instead finding something in honor Konohanasakuya-hime, rather than REPLACING her, I'd like to propose Yuyuko Saigyouji from Touhou.
Yuyuko is, actually a spirit princess. She died long ago, but despite that she remains cheerful. As ironic as this is to propose her in honor of a goddess of growth, I believe she fits.
Despite being a spirit, she's still as alive as ever in personality, being friendly and upbeat. Which goes to show that anyone can help promote growth, even in the worst of positions themselves.
